The British supernatural drama A Discovery of Witches, starring Matthew Goode (Downton Abbey, The Crown), is finally coming to the American TV. In April the show will air on AMC and BBC America, right after Killing Eve, which is coming back for a second season on both channels.
A Discovery of Witches was released on the Sundance streaming platform in January. Since then, the show became responsible for more than half of the platform's activity, smashing the streaming service’s records for total video plays.
The show debuted in the UK in the fall of 2018, and has already been picked up for two more seasons.
